Back from Bermuda @ JWC.blog

So, in this exciting trip to Bermuda, I brought back:

a newfound interest in cricket,
a bunch of pictures, and
mild sun poisoning on my arms and a superbly annoying burn on my back that won’t stop itching

On July 31st and August 1st, Bermuda holds its annual Cup Match, when a large portion of the island travels to a cricket stadium to watch the east side of the island battle it out against the west side. Luckily, there was a visitor’s tent for ignorant tourists like me; guides were kind enough to explain the game and offer free drinks and fruit. It took me about 2 hours before I had a clue about what was going on.

In other news, I’m probably going to do a small site design refresh in the future. As it turns out, I don’t really like the righthand menu (and it also makes the task of designing a blog template much harder), so I’m going to use a top menu like previous versions of my site. The CSS is really, really messy, so I’m going to clean that up as well.

I really need to find something to put on my back before I go insane…
