Okay, I decided to set up a blog after all. However, it’s not going to be a news blog as I had originally planned it to be. I’ve left that to the job of PyNews, my trusted program. Although it’s still a bit buggy, it will do the job fine. I have set up this small blog as a collection of some random thoughts, code snippets, graphic designs, etc. Basically, it’s a blog filled with small tests that are too simple to be listed in my website, a "JoeyJWC Labs" if you will. I’ll start out by describing the blog’s style.
Binary Blue was a beautiful style because it had a great deal of AJAX support and I love AJAX. However, the blue color was a bit intense for my liking, so I changed it to more of the traditional colors that are common to the version 5 design of my website, gray. I spent a bit of time remaking all of the gradients and completely redesigned the logo. I kept some of the blue in there because I felt that it provided a nice accent. So that’s basically my theme, simple, but effective. Kind of like the stuff I plan to put here, huh? Well, maybe not the effective part, but still…
Anyways, enjoy. The version 5 layout will be done soon enough now. Just a few more pages to convert.
